From conducting initial home estimates and coordinating premium material deliveries to supervising crews on-site and performing final quality inspections, he ensures every project meets the highest industry standards. From an early age, Jose gained hands-on experience working alongside his father on job sites, learning the intricacies of residential roofing, commercial roof repairs, project estimating, and business operations.

Today, Jose blends practical construction experience with high-level civil engineering expertise, traveling weekly between Miami and Port St. Lucie to support project planning, technical estimating, and field operations for homeowners and businesses across the Treasure Coast.

Evandro Marmiroli serves as the Production Manager and Estimator at One Construction & Roofing Contractors, delivering top-tier residential roofing solutions across Florida. Known for his transparent communication, positive attitude, and expert problem-solving, Evandro works hands-on with homeowners to ensure every roofing project is smooth, organized, and stress-free.

Experienced Residential Construction & Roofing Leadership

Originally from Santos, Brazil, Evandro moved to California in 2000 to pursue a lifelong passion for surfing. While attending culinary school in 2004, he honed his trade skills as a finish carpenter for luxury homebuilders in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. This foundation in precision residential construction instilled the high craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and work ethic that define his work today.

In 2017, Evandro relocated to Florida and began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he met Mauricio Orellana. Their shared discipline on the mats grew into a long-standing friendship and professional partnership. In 2021, Evandro joined One Construction & Roofing Contractors, bringing years of hands-on building experience, operational leadership, and customer-first values to the company.
